- The Challenge
Successive hurricanes ravaged the Caribbean, causing widespread destruction of infrastructure, communications networks, and electric grids. This resulted in substantial loss of life and leaving survivors vulnerable and difficult to locate amidst chaotic international relief efforts and jurisdictional complexities.
- Our Solution
Exlog implemented rapid crisis response operations and disaster assistance for a Fortune 500 healthcare provider and a privately-held retail and distribution company, including:
- Conducted the largest privately contracted evacuation in the Caribbean, evacuating over 1,200 individuals and 100 pets from Dominica by sea
- Evacuated over 100 additional individuals from St. Maarten and St. Kitts by air.
- Coordinated the delivery of essential humanitarian aid to affected areas.
- Provided additional executive protection, site security, and damage assessments.
